In 2012 I gave a speech to the Nursing School in the Vancouver, Canada area, One of many speeches I gave over the years in my recovery. this is the only one I have found on my old hard drive so I am including it here, in hopes that it helps someone to understand. Its Older but still relevant. Please Note, even though I now live in paradise, I Love living here in Hua Hin Thailand. That does not mean I no longer have to deal with mental illness. My lifestyle here and the people here make it easier but my recovery is still ongoing.
